Viral Industries was established in 2008 since then company led the technology curve and today the company has expanded. As our Standard design and manufacturing are done with prototype simulation facility and product is manufactured with max efficiency and strength and cycle test of finished product is performed on the advanced test rig.
Designing expertise due to the in-depth knowledge of the owner, who has attained Master degree from Germany. Practical approach to solve problems using virtual prototyping of the product to reduce the errors and faults in final product.
In terms of type, we currently manufacture GEARBOX from 300 Nm to 250000 Nm. Non-standard sizes of gearbox are also designed as per the torque requirements. We specialize in manufacturing Gearbox for Gate, Globe, Ball, Butterfly valves. All the product is available with IP65/IP67 Enclosure
